With a dream to become a business owner and live the American Dream, Joe responded to that one question by becoming a pioneer in the industry of industrial screen printing on plastics. His desire was to build the best screen printing company in the country. With determination and honest intent, Joe was able to build a company that was the recipient of 59 industry awards within the first 12 years of existence. At that time the product offering included overlays and nameplates along with industrial decals and warning labels. Joe recognized an emerging market, he acted, and PPS became the go to manufacturer for these types of products.

In 1998, at the request of our customers, PPS invested in materials, equipment and people and started to manufacture membrane switches. Many of our customers were assembling our graphic overlays to a membrane switch they were procuring from another supplier. By becoming a one stop shop we allowed our customers to avoid placing multiple orders. In conjunction with those time and labor savings, customers were now able to reduce in house assembly labor needs, and they were now able to receive a product that had been fully assembled and electrically tested prior to arriving on their dock.
